Reza Amiri, Founder of Arise Project Improvements Inc.

With over 15 years in deficiency management and rectification, Reza Amiri has a rich history of working on major projects like the Fairmont, Shangri-La in Vancouver and Toronto, Vancouver’s Olympic Village and Woodward’s building.

From Tradesman to Leader

Reza has carved out his path within the Industry, starting as a skilled tradesman with a strong drive to continuously learn and grow. From welding to painting, he has acquired extensive knowledge in construction trades, enabling him to effectively identify needs and create practical solutions with precision. His dedication and leadership led him to roles in well-respected firms specializing in construction deficiency solutions.

In 2020, the pandemic presented significant challenges, slowing project timeline and limiting contact with others. In response, Reza pivoted by forming a skilled team to tackle smaller projects, enabling clients to meet their timelines despite the slowdowns. Throughout this period, he and his team remained steadfast in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
